Welcome to Join In ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Join In mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Join In, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Join In. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Your Account

  • You agree to take full responsibility for all activities under your account.

We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or reliability of the app. Join In and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access, or user interactions.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of Join In shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
